DEVELOPMENTS, CIB ATTENTION ON CAREER & RECOGNITION:
- Enhancing the existing organizational structure of the bank including refining job descriptions.
- Prepare a plan for the training and development of staff including a succession plan for the key position of the bank.
- Conducting seminars, resource personnel at the manpower development center.
- Manage day today human resource activities like recruitment, training, motivation, monitoring and evaluation of staff.
- Providing guidance, support and problem solving assistance to the company in the areas of financial management.
- Prepare the payroll, remittance of staff contributions to statutory bodies namely NSSF, URA (PAYE & Withholding Tax).
- Supervise and recovery of any other payments to staff like advances, loans, leave allowances and terminal benefits.
- Ensuring that medical services are provided to staff under the medical premium policy ie, Micro care Insurance .
- Payments of all bank expenses including rentals, insurance, utilities, creditors etc.
- Manage and supervise the procurement, issue of stationery and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets.
- Implement the bank's appraisal and reward scheme and ensure that the efforts of staff in the growth of the bank are recognized ie, Best banker award.
