1 .Insert you card into the machine (with top face up)
2. Please select the language of your choice i.e English or Luganda by pressing button to adjust to your first language of preference.
3. Enter your four digit pin code
4. Please select the service you want offered by pressin the button next to it e.g
-Balance Enquiry: - Is used when you want to know how much money is available at your disposal for withdrawal
-Fast cash - Use this option to withdraw shown amounts e.g 10,000, 50,000, 100,000 etc proceed by pressing button next to the amount desired.
-Cash Withdrawal - This should be used to withdraw the amount needed after which you press the enter /Accept key to confirm. Tghe machine shall return your card which you have to remove immediately so that money can be dispensed by machine. |

CIB offers their corporate customers the facility to trade foreign exchange transactions or money market transactions against cash or an approved line of credit.
